Lockdown, lockdown, code. Could be practice or real. Procedures diligently adhered to without hesitation. Check hallway for wanderers (3-seconds), lock and close door, cover window, move students to a “safe” area, lights off, silence, attendance, anyone missing, etc.
NEVER open the door!
Duration, 2-minutes, 2-hours? For me, two-and-a- half-hours.
Emergency “kit”, a bucket, sheet, toilet paper, bottle water, first-aid kit, etc.
Prepare to place your fragile flesh between an unknown danger and thirty-students.
From an adjacent room, “teacher, teacher come here,” three officers, three long rifles each aimed at staff on their knees, hands behind their head, “who is this?”
