Growing up, did you have a go to sandwich, a favorite that others, adults might have considered odd? I had a couple.
Start with two slices of enriched white bread. Place side by side. Then spread both with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise liberally. Now place a layer of garden grown, freshly sliced tomatoes, on the left side. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Close the sandwich, press firmly.
Nearby, within reach, you will need three napkins to sop up the juice likely to ooze out.

It's my go-to, favorite sandwich as well, however now-a-days I use multi-grain bread. As a matter of fact, it's what I had for lunch today.
