Upon review - I wish to apologize to those I have offended in making light of the “Cognitive Test.” Although, President Trump has continued to refer to it as a Cognitive Test and his glowing results:

It is as noted by the Occupational Therapist (OT). This is a Cognitive Assessment Tool, a screening tool to determine mental cognition. As a screening tool serves a serious purpose.

A health professional will ask a patient a series of questions designed to test a range of everyday mental skills. The maximum Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) score is 30 points. A score of 20 to 24 suggest mild dementia, 13 to 20 suggest moderate dementia, and less than 12 show severe dementia. It is a diagnostic tool to evaluate for Alzheimer, dementia, memory loss, and even COVID-19. Cognitive testing is often used to screen for MCI (mild cognitive impairment). People with MCI may notice changes in their memory and other mental functions. The changes aren’t severe enough to have a major effect on your daily life or usual activities. But, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) can be a risk factor for a more serious impairment. If you have MCI, your provider may give several tests over time to check for a decline in mental function.
Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) is a 7 to 10-minute test that includes naming the current date, what city are you in, counting backwards, drawing a clock face, and identifying everyday objects. (See below)

Analysis: The cognitive test that Trump took means more than you think.
The point is not that the test is easy. An inability to complete aspects of the test reveals different “types” of mental decline.
In closing:
As I completed this story, I have made it through the gauntlet successfully. I will do my best to play it safe by avoiding illness where vaccines are available, i.e. flu, shingles, pneumonia, COVID-19 (and boosters) and so forth.
