What Foods Do You Dislike?

Liver (could smell it a mile from home)


Liver and onions (even when covered with ketchup)


Variety of vegetables, i.e. broccoli, Lima beans, cauliflower, asparagus, celery, brussel sprouts, beets, eggplant, turnips, kale, rhubarb (technically but 1947 a New York court declares it fruit), and the list goes on and on…not a veggie kind of guy…


Variety or fruits, i.e. plums, guava, peaches, kiwifruit, pomegranate, grapefruit, mango, blackberries, and the list goes on and on…


Hot drinks, i.e. coffee, tea…


Warmed desserts…


Have they changed over time?


Not much has changed. My heart problems forced me to remove many foods from my diet, including deep-fried foods, white bread, butter, gravy, processed meats, junk foods, fast foods, bacon, sausage, excessive protein, energy drinks, caffeine, and excessive salt, among other things. I have worked on improving food choices.


Weight Watchers (tried that several times), Hello Fresh, Daily Harvest, Factor, 75, Blue Apron, Noom, and finally Home Chef (my favorite). Why? Wide range of menu options and minimal prep time required.
