Icon a person or thing widely admired especially for having dominant influence or significance in a particular sphere.

Perhaps:

… a world leader? Mr. Obama or President Volodymyr Zelenskyy?

… a religious leader? None!

… a family member? Wilma Moore or Norma Maynard?

… an influencer? None!

… a news reporter? Nicole Wallace?

I believe I’ve reached a point where my cynicism and self-interest define me.
