No Worries

Every day, I hear this multiple times, repeated over and over, in a tone that suggests, “Why do I get all the idiots?

On the phone making an appointment, listening to the news, in commercials, making another appointment, seeking information, scripted dialog, even in my dreams.

This morning, turning on TV in the first two minutes, the reporter interviewing a guest declares, “no worries, no worries”, and that sweet, sarcastic, snide, sneering, mocking tone, hidden, thinking, great let’s move it along, I’ve got a producer in my ear say, “commercial in thirty seconds.”

What me worry?
