Why the Mask?

So, I ask why the mask? Concealment? Health concerns? Fear? Shame? Guilt?

What about the military gear, the unmarked vehicles, the weapons, no identification (name tag)? The wrist restraint? Jackboots?

What about body cameras?

Why are they attacking, without due process, people?

Are they paid or volunteers?

“So, dad what did you do today at work?”

“Nothing special. How was your day, dear?”

“We had a visiting teacher and some of my friends were absent, again…”

“Again?”

“They are afraid.”

“Afraid?”

“That someone will kidnap them. Hurt them. Deport them.”

“Well. You don’t need to worry.”

“I don’t? Why not?”
